It met requirements and we would definitely go back. The breakfast was generous and the place was very clean. We liked quick bites Rother Grill, situated 200 metres away from the hotel. The owner is helpful!

Cosy base for travelling to Eastbourne and exploring local places. Got the same economy double room booked online, really loved that.

We visited wish tower that was 15 minutes' walk away. A short walk to pizza go go, where you can have lunch

Great location, nice prices. 500 metres away there is The Beach Deck, where you can dine. It is found in a living area.
